Raising $145M in its seed fund, Opto Investments was rapidly expanding its presence in the private investments space. While the core brand had already been established, the company needed a scalable system of marketing assets that could communicate its expertise consistently across channels.

Challenge

Bridging brand strategy and execution

The existing brand guidelines provided a strong foundation, but they lacked practical applications for day-to-day marketing needs. The challenge was translating the brand into a flexible library of templates, social content, presentations, and campaign assets while maintaining visual consistency.

Process

Studying and scaling brand elements

Rather than introducing new visual elements, I focused on extracting and systematizing existing brand cues—typography, layout principles, color usage, and graphic treatments—into repeatable patterns that could scale across future campaigns.

Outcome

A unified brand system that streamlines design

The final system established a cohesive visual experience across Opto's marketing ecosystem, including social media, presentations, handouts, blog content, and landing pages. By creating reusable templates and design standards, the team gained a faster, more consistent workflow for future campaigns.
