WWT Marketing Campaigns

In the nearly 15 years since its founding, WorldWise Tutoring had yet to develop a clearly defined brand identity. Design decisions were made ad hoc, handed off to various designers over the years without a cohesive through-line. As the marketing team grew, so did the need for a consistent visual system and established internal processes.

Challenge

Establishing a design library after years of of an undefined brand

I began by working directly with the founder, Lindsey Wander, to understand WWT better. Her a deep commitment to serving underserved communities became the compass for every design decision. The goal was to make sure her voice translated visually: warm and approachable, but credible enough to earn the trust of parents and institutions alike.

Process

Visualizing WWT's mission into scalable social media templates and a presentation deck

I conducted research on organizations with similar messaging: education, non-profit, and wellness companies. After Lindsey signed off on moodboards, I refreshed WWT's brand colors, bringing more brightness and energy to the palette to better resonate with a student audience, while grounding the layouts with deliberate lines that add structure and maturity. Imagery featured students of varying backgrounds to authentically reflect WWT's inclusive mission.

Outcome

A balance between friendly, inclusive, and polished designed to feel inviting to students

The social media campaign experienced an engagement increase with the templates and reels. Feedback from the marketing team was positive for the internal deck, and they were able to independently implement the new team processes by the end of the first week.
